Eating, Drinking and PH Balance For Living To A Ripe Old Age



Over the last 100 Years health problems have skyrocketed. While our ancestors lived difficult lives, they were not burdened with many of the health issues we are burdened with today. So what has changed in our modern world? For centuries, our ancestors received nourishment from whole food sources; Vegetables, berries, seeds, greens, sprouts, fruits, grains and nuts grown in chemical and pesticide free soil - soil that was rich in probiotics, fulvic acid, enzymes and minerals. In today's world, our bodies still require the complete balance of pure nutrients and energy provided by live whole foods. just the way that nature intended for healthy living.

Supplementing is also paramount to get the nutrients necessary for health. Pollution in our air, water and soil, toxic waste, and hybrid growing, have all compromised our live foods nutrition. And in turn, have compromised our health today. So you believe that you are eating a proper diet and you don't need any supplementation? The FDA states that everyone should be using supplements on a daily basis. Your diet consist of foods that cause yeast to flourish. Foods that cause your gut to become so acidic that every cell is under stress. Minerals that are not abundant to lower the acid, are pulled from your reserves leaving nothing behind to stay healthy or recover. Bones ache, muscles ache and you ask why...Our foods are eating us...in the end we loose more nutrition than we consume. So what can you do? Make the choice. Begin to provide your body with the nutrients it needs. We should also be concerned about detoxifying our bodies. Our organs work double-time trying to balance our systems and carry out the toxins. We are so overloaded with toxins that our bodies spend so much time trying to get "rid" of the bad stuff that it doesn't work at optimal functioning. It is like trying to run a car on dirty oil and gas. Inevitably, it will fail to work. In our bodies, toxins and lack of nutrition- results in weight gain, irritability, brain fog, fatigue, aches and pains, arthritis, emotional imbalances, insomnia, stress, allergies, sensitivities, hormonal imbalances, metabolism and thyroid problems, heart issues, diabetes, disease and eventually death.
